Shai Gupta is a very well established Broker in the Diamond Bar area, with a great knowledge and understanding of the current Real Estate Market. Licensed as a Real Estate agent in 1986 and a Broker in 1992, Shai prides himself on being a part of the Real Estate community for the past several years. Shai’s own personal experience or lack thereof with his Real Estate agents many years ago made him eager to learn more about Real Estate & mortgage financing and thus motivated him to get his license here in California.
While attending USC, Shai received his Bachelor's and PhD in Civil Engineering. Shai worked as a Civil Engineer for many years and found great success in doing so. The techniques he has learned as a Civil Engineer have given Shai many skill sets that he now applies to Real Estate. He is able to understand clearly his client’s needs as well as understand the analytical side of Real Estate. Shai is a sincere, honest and loyal agent who finds joy in helping his clients to find the right home, negotiate a great deal either in purchasing or selling real estate properties at the best and highest market value.
Shai has enjoyed living in sunny California for many decades with his loving wife and daughter, and now his young grandson. Shai participates in playing golf and bridge when he isn’t assisting his clients in finding their dream home and Real Estate investments.
